K1 i129f NVC Shortcuts?

Hi all,

I recently received my K1 i129f NOA2 Dec 1 (NOA1=Aug 2) and was wondering if there were any NVC shortcuts for the K1 i129f NVC process similar to the Ling Che or Ling Ling shortcuts I have seen posted or if I could possibly use the ling che or ling ling shortcuts for a K1.

Simple answer, No.

The K-1 does not stay at the NVC there is nothing for you do to at the NVC stage cept for wait for it to be forwarded on after being logged.

It stays about a week at NVC and leaves.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I read that lee Chang thingie on Wiki and it was confusing as hell! Anyway....like everyone else said.....no shortcuts. We wish. So many have been waiting what seems like forever. But if ur at the NVC stage it's quick from this point.

Married: 6/17/11

I-130 Sent: 7/9/11

NOA1 : 7/14/11

I-129F Sent: 7/21/11

NOA1: 7/21/11

NOA2: 8/22/11

NVC Received: 8/24/11

NVC Left: 8/26/11

Consulate Received: 9/5/11

Packet 4 Received: 10/4/11

Medical Done: 11/7/11

Interview: 11/23/11

Approved: 11/23/11

Changed to CR1: 12/16/11

Medical Re-Done: 1/5/12

Waiting for Issuance of Visa.........
