Please help, do I need to have police clearance in each places i lived since I was 16years old? I lived in Valenzuela, sampaloc,Manila and now currently living in quezon city.. Please I need help guys!!! :(

Yes, you need only nbi. The police certificate mentioned in the requirement is the nbi in the philippines. Before you can get nbi you need to have a brgy clearance then get police cert and go to nbi next.

You will only need NBI , but if you happen to travel and stayed abroad for more than six months then you will need certificate from that country if its available.
