Hello everybody! I'm gonna ask everyone a huge favor! :blush: Could you please check the documents I have compiled in preparation to my Dec 9th USEM Manila interview? Thanks! :luv:

> Appointment letter (AKA packet 4 with SLEC stamp - stamped after medical completion)

> A valid Philippine Passport (also with SLEC stamp - stamped once passed medical)

> 4 2x2 white background colored visa photographs

Civil Documents

> Jon and Princess Birth certificates (Jon's born in PI)

> Marriage certificate

> Advisory on Marriage (AKA certificate of marriage - diff from marriage certificate :P)

> Princess CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage - Dec 2010, before I got married to Jon (L) )

> Jon and Princess Baptismal Certificates

> Princess NBI clearances (married and maiden name)

> Insurance copy stating Jon as dependent/beneficiary

> CFO certificates (blue & green certificates)

04/13/2011 : I-130 received/Priority date

07/13/2011 : RFE for G325A (beneficiary)

07/28/2011 : I-130 approved :)

Your I-130 was approved in 106 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

08/08/2011 : NVC received case from USCIS

09/08/2011 : NVC assigned case number

09/09/2011 : Paid AOS bill

09/14/2011 : Paid IV bill

09/22/2011 : Submitted AOS and IV packets via USPS Priority Mail

09/26/2011 : NVC received AOS and IV packets

10/03/2011 : checklist cover letter #4 - AOS line 25 being questioned

10/11/2011 : Response to RFE sent via USPS Priority Mail

10/11/2011 : checklist cover letter #5 - IV application OK! :) -NVC still waiting for RFE response

i will have my interview too on Dec .7...is it i have to produce my cenomar too thou i got already the marriage certificate from nso?is it the nvc send us the letter what documents we have to show them.as far as i know they have some of those documents already which is they send in manila u s a embassy.i have a little confussion of something..kindly someone shared the experiences she has during the interview..thanks.

Just send what is needed to be sent. Some people feels more confident if they load themselves with papers.

No, you can't request for a CENOMAR since you are now already married (I am assuming you got married here in PI). Luckily I was able to save my original copy of it. :) If you're gonna request for a CENOMAR, an AOM (Advisory on Marriages) will be issued to you instead. AOM is sometimes called a certificate of marriage which is different from the marriage certificate/contract. I heard somewhere here in VJ that CO's do sometimes look for the AOM. :reading: And yeah, some of the original documents stated in the letter (packet 4/interview letter) were already submitted to NVC during the immigration process. It's just that I secure several original copies of each documents so that if ever I will be asked of it, I can easily provide it to the CO during interview. :thumbs:

Just send what is needed to be sent. Some people feels more confident if they load themselves with papers.

I guess that applies to me. Haha! :lol: Better be over prepared than under I guess. :P

BPI Receipt

I believe the BPI receipt only applies to K1 visas since our immigrant visa fee was already paid during the NVC process. What else do you think I'm missing? :P

05/07/12 - Sent out DS-3032 by email; auto-response received

05/08/12 - AOS fee invoiced, paid - "IN PROCESS"

05/09/12 - AOS fee shows as "PAID"

05/10/12 - Spouse's DS-3032 accepted; minor child's rejected = had petitioner call NVC = received verbal acceptance from operator

05/11/12 - Spouse's IV fee invoiced

05/14/12 - Daughter's IV fee invoiced, paid both IV fees - "IN PROCESS"

Yeah our prescreener and CO did not even ask for my fiancee's Nursing degree or her Philippine RN license either. She just took our word for it. We brought them just in case though.
