Hi everybody!

My question today is what do you on the I-129F form down at the bottom on the left hand corner it says... Have you ever filed this visa for a alien spouse or wife/husband before? I answered (yes) then it says if so name,where and date results so i will put her name,then the where part would be USA right that's where i filed it from or do i put what lock box i filed it at or where she was from? Then the results was approved but then it ask for her A# well i don't have that she took all the paperwork when she left and like i stated in another post i still don't where she is (But i do know she's still alive and healthy) got that from one of her friends which i ask that person to ask my ex wife to please give me the A# but that person said she didn't want to give it to me because she doesn't want me to be happy and get married to another woman go figure. So what to do on that part. Thanks in advance!

Go to immigration office.

I heard if your ex-wife become a USC, she won't have it anymore.

1. Where you filed/sent the petition.

2. A# Unknown - See Attachment.

Make an attachment to the I-129 for that question then explain you do not have access to that information. Provide her name, date of birth and SSN if you have it.
