hi please help i need some questions answered,

in january 2007 my father (u.s. citizen) filed an i 130 F1 visa which was approved in March 2011, I am currently waiting for my priority date to become current. In july 2011 my fiance (u.s. citizen) filed an i 129f visa now my question is, when im approved for the i 129f visa do i have to file for adjustment of status or does the i 130 take its place? also when do i file my employment authorization? i heard with our affidvit of support. i'm really confused with my current i 130 out there and as what to do.
