The SydneyIV email is the correct one to use, usually they take a day or two to reply but they will reply.

When you say you gave them the case file number are you using the one on the NOA (the approval notice) that begins with EAC or WAC, or the SYD2011 case file number from the NVC? The Sydney consulate will want to know the SYD2011 number. However one would think that the name of the applicant would be enough.

Thanks so much for your response. I asked Paul to give the SYD# when he wrote the Sydney Consulate. I will let you know what's said once we get their reply. This weekend will be an awfully long one due to the wait.

Hello! Just wanted to let you all know of the response. I was told that the packet was sent to my email address on July 18th. I thought they sent it to the fiancé/person I petitioned for...not the fiancée. Needless to say, I never got it. They recommended that I request a 4 month extension due to the time that has passed.

I am so incredibly anxious to help him get this paperwork sent in. Thank you all for your very helpful responses. (L)
