Interview did not go good!!!

ok so my husband went to his interview oct. 18 and they asked for a final diposition of his 2009 arrest. our lawyer put everything together we reviewed everything more than 3 times with the lawyer to make sure everything was there and the visa interviewer told us that his JNS report was not the right paper so we called the lawyer and he said that it is the right paper that in every case he has had in his 31 yrs of doing this they have always accepted it so now we are waiting the lawyer wrote a letter and we are still in Juarez waisting time and money im sooo upset. i just want this nightmare to be over....
