my fiances appointment is in almost 4 months, but i think i might be moving in 30 days. do i have to submit a change of address form? i read somewhere that i do but im not sure since he already has his appointment. and if i do, do i submit it to the uscis or the us embassy in where he resides. i dont want this to mess anything up or it to become difficult for his appointment.

Since your case is at the embassy, just email them with the change. Give your fiance any supporting information just in case they ask him about it - such as your confirmed change of address form from the post office.

so thats the only thing that needs to be done even though the address in which he will be living out here is changing. i would think they want some paperwork to put on file so they can keep up with him. because if he was here and then i moved he would have to submit a change of address.

Your email to the embassy should suffice. There is no special form for changing your address with the embassy. If they need anything additional I am sure they will tell you. Again, just have him bring a copy of your US Postal change of address notification to the interview and you can attach a copy to your email to the embassy as well.

thanks

U dont need to send them anything, if your fiance gets the visa and on his way to US port of entry they will ask him if there is any change of address, and make sure u give him the new addrress. they will put it in the system along with his entry package.

Good luck to you.
