It is sad that you can't even get your daughter on immigrant visa. Well, technically you can but I don't think 10-20 years is a good waiting period!

For all the amnesty noises about "immigration reform" and "reuniting families", I think it only applies to the undocumented and with those who have expired visas. Not for those people who are willing to follow as the law says. Relief for law breakers, no relief for those who intend to abide by the law.

Yes, even on "immigration reform" sites. Went unnoticed. I even tried to email many of them explaining the Amerasian situation. No reply. Not even one.
