Hello guys,

I need help with the affidavit of support I-134. I’m currently unemployed but I did filed tax in 2010 from collecting unemployment but this year I exhaust it. I ask my brother and he agree to be my co-sponsor. Who should fill out form I-134? Me or him? He makes around 35K and he filed tax jointly with his wife that makes around 35K too. For a total like 70K a year. He has 2 children as dependent. What should he put as his income? 35K or 70K?. He also own a house with his wife. It is necessary to put that in the form that he own a house or with his income is enough?

Another thing I received a letter from NVC on AUG 12 stating that they received the petition from USCIS and assigned a case number and within a week it will be forwarded to the consulate. It's almost 2 months and my fiancée haven’t received anything from the consulate not even a letter that they received the case. Is that normal for the embassy to take that long to process the application and send out any notification?

Thanks guys, I know it’s a lot of questions but I'm kind of confused.
