there are cases of it not affecting their k1 visa but they have been contacted later in the us to undergo treatment

Hello,

My fiancee has had her medical, she has scar tissue on her lungs from tuberculosis she had when she was young. Will this affect her eligibility for the visa???

I don't see how this can affect her Visa but it will show on her Medical records. They may require that you get it treated upon arrival to the USA.
