OK Now that our I129F has been approve I need to know All forms and supporting evidence that is required to be taken with the beneficiary (my Fiance') to the interview. And on which forms do we need to attach a passport style photo, which forms are signed in the presence of someone at the US consulate in manila, Phils?

Is the example forms page all inclusive? Are these forms all that is necessary for the interview? I've also learned of new requirements before exiting the country in Phils...Does anyone know of this? And what are the details of these new requirements?

4.3.6)...What should I bring with me to the interview?

A...You need everything from the checklist, of course, but you also need originals of everything that was originally submitted as a copy, even with the I-129F petition (except the US Citizens passport and the original I-797 approval notice). Original birth certificates, divorce or death decrees, and originals of any documents to support the I-134 fall into this category. The Consulate has the right to ask for the original of any document, so best be prepared.

You may be talking about CFO sticker that will be attached to the passport or visa. Your fiancee needs to attend in seminar to get that. Everyone getting out of the country for long needs to attend that.
