Fiance Visa Fees

Hello;

I am trying to make the $350 payment fee for the Immigrant Visa (Fiance Visa).

I get the following message when I enter all my information.

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error.

I understand that the case is no longer with the NVC, and for this reason, the payment can't be made and INSTEAD it has to be made with the embassy in Amman JOrdan, where the interview will be at.

MY question is: Is there a website to make the payment before the interview and get the receipt? How do I make this payment? Interview is next week!!

1. Pay the non-refundable Machine Readable Visa (MRV) application fee of JOD 99.4 JD ($140) in advance of your interview at a participating branch of the Cairo-Amman Bank.

2. Receipt of payment of fees ($350 or the equivalent in Jordanian Dinar) for non-immigrant visa from designated bank (see attached instruction sheet)

My fiance wil take care of #1 at the bank in Jordan. But number two is what I need to do before Interview, correct???!

What does the "attached" instruction sheet say? and which banks are designated?
