There is an USCIS Registration Number on the CoN, that number is the Alien Registration Number on the green card you used to have prior you were naturalized. You can quote that number, if you remember or have a record of that number.

If you already have a US passport, probably not a big deal to not have a CoN. However, if you have not yet gone to SSA office to update your status since you have been naturalized, I am not sure if SSA office will accept your US passport as a proof you are now a citizen. By law, they should accept it, but I called SSA 800 number prior I went to my local SSA office to update my status this week, I was told to bring my CoN instead of my (brand new) US passport.

If it were the DOS who lost your CoN when it returned it to you after issuing your new passport, you can call them and see if they will help you get a replacement for free. Otherwise, if you want a replacement, you need to pay like 600+ bucks and wait for 12 months or more to get a replacement.

Good luck and cheers
