My girlfriend is living and working in Hong Kong and she is origianlly from Indonesia. She is working as a live in house maid in Hong Kong but she wants to Macau (her employer treat her like slave). Do Hong Kong and Macau uses the same embassy? Her present employer in Hong Kong wont let her use there address, can she use a friends address in Hong kong when I file for the fiancee k1 visa and if she goes to macau, do she need a address in macau? Has anyone here have any experience on fiancee visa from hong kong or macau?

Hi,

On the address, my opinion is to use her friend's address for now if you don't want to wait to file, then have it changed later when she has found a place in Macau.

As for the consulate, Macau does not have a consulate by itself, and shares its jurisdiction with the Hong Kong consulate.
