Greetings VJ members,

We received our NOA2 on Sept. 15th and I was wondering what the current time frame for the NVC to receive our case from CSC and assign us our case number.

Thanks for any insights.

Rick and Zenith

having case no. from nvc take a month or more..

Just call NVC at .......(603) 334-0700........You can follow the automated responses, but it didn't work for us, I just hung on the line until I got a real person to talk to, then gave our info plus our USCIS receipt case # & some security questions for both me & my fiance....and they gave me our case # and when it was shipped. Then I checked DHL tracking(Who the NVC use to ship the packet to the embassy in Manila) and tracked its shipment from info I got on here. After checking and assuming by the date NVC said it was shipped, I determined it had arrived in Manila. Once we had the case #, I sent my fiance the money for the fee to pay at BPI, then made the appointment for her interview at the embassy. It was all very simple.
