I thought that you may pay for the visa at BPI? I sent the funds (XOOM) to BPI, but my girl is having trouble paying for the visa. She says that only certain branches do the transaction.

I didn't want her walking around with $600, so I sent it to BPI. This includes her visa fee, medical fee, and a little extra for transportation.

Any Ideas?

She's correct, only certain BPI branches woth with USEM and will do the transactions appropriately. Does she have an account at BPI? Just find out for her (or she can find out) which BPI branches will do the VISA Payment Fee transaction, before she withdrawals the money. The medical fee she will pay at SLEC.

Where is she in the Phils? Manila, Cebu?

hi,

simple things u make it complicated..sorry to tell you.firstly i understand that u dont want her to walk around with 600 bucks, lol.

..i wish u post your question b4 u did some action.anyways not trying to be rude, but it would be easy if you just send the money to her so she can go to website and check the accredited brand of BPI WHERE she can pay the mrv visa for k-1.

yes there is a certain branch where you can pay the visa.the amount is 350 dollars.now ALL SHE can do is get that money and check the website where she can pay the 350 usd.WE HAVE 2 kindS of BPI bANK the family bank and the MAIN one THE FAmily bank they dont accept that transaction.

when she go to pay she need to bring her passport and the letter from embassy some teller dont dont about the fees and the transaction talk to the manager or information representative at the BPI.

they will then give her two copies one for her and one for the one to submit during the interview, the receipt must have the word"MRV RECEIPT"she need to put your phone number and her case number on the slip where the teller will check it for her.

BY THE WAY they dont accept dollars to have to exchange with pesos.

heres the website where you can check and take a lil tour.

My fiancee has a debit card at Banco De Oro (BDO) so I send her via XOOM also directly to her account. I think she used her debit card at BPI to pay her medical. I forgot which one(BPI). Then it was cash only at SLEC for medical.
