I have adjusted my status to permanen resident through my husband who is American citizen from visa B1/B2 and overstayed about 5 years. My question is if the GC that I have received is the same as that is issued to a fiancee or somebody who adjust the status to a permanent resident staying in a legal status?

And can sound probably odd but I have another question: can I travel to my country of origin and came back with no problem? (I am asking this because is been long time I was out of status and I had had nigthmares traveling out of USA and not finding the way to came back)

Your green card is the same as any other. If you have been married less than two years, you get a conditional green card. If you have been married for more than two years, you get a 10 years green card.

As long as your green card is valid, you can leave the US and reenter.
