This is very frustrating...I hope someone has the answer.

We have paid BPI...and the my fiancee's medical has been completed. We are completely ready for the interview...but....

We had to reschedule the interview appointment the day before it was scheduled to occur. It was scheduled for Sept 2.

We called Sept 1 to cancel. I was told that it was impossible to reschedule at that time because it was less than 3 days before the interview date. The lady on the phone said to call back in 3 days to reschedule the interview.

I called back and the woman on the phone said that the interview was still scheduled for Sept 2 and we couldn't reschedule yet. That was sept 7.

I just called (sept 13 manila time)and was told that the interview was still scheduled for Sept 2 and we couldn't reschedule yet. Each time I am told that the case has been escalated.

Does anyone have any experience with this? What should I do?

This is so very frustrating!!!

Please anyone help if you can with suggestions!

God Bless!

i have the same predicament before, i has an August 9 interview, 1040 is not ready yet so i was trying to cancel the interview but its already

locked they can do anything anymore. What i did was i called the call center again and reported that i did not go to the interview, they made a

report for me to the embassy and i get a reply that my case had been close and it will be reopen again. I was not satisfied so i emailed

GSSManila@state.gov, you will have to give them the Petitioner's name, Beneficiary's name, date of birth of both parties and you Manila case number.

You have to let them know the reason why you did not go for the interview on the suppose date that you are going to do it.

Just be patient they will reply to you to inform you that you can schedule for another interview. If it works for me it will work for you too.

Good luck!!!
