Xray is usually separate in a very large envelope unless you have an Xray CD then they would contain it in the same envelope as the medical results.

Edit to add -

Absolutely no need or reason to show it to POE what so ever.

for my wife they only gave one big envelope? then what about the rest of the reports like the blood tests etc? is it possible that they put those in the same envelope as the x-ray?

if the Xray is on a CD then yes it could be in the same envelope.

for medical exam results is it one big sealed envelope or x-ray is separated from the reports? I also read here that you need to carry your x-ray to US and show it at POE? is it right?

For my medical exam I received 2 sealed envelopes. One was marked "do not open" and the other simply had my name written on it with a verbal warning from the receptionist to not open it and to bring it with me to my interview. The one with my name written on it was obviously the CD containing my X-ray results.

At the interview I passed the 2 sealed envelopes thru the spot under the glass window and the agent promptly slid the one with my X-ray results back to me. The agent said she didn't need to see the x-rays(but I figure if you don't have it that will be a problem). You should bring the X-rays with you for your PoE (only so you can show your US doctor a copy so they have a full history of your health at the time of entry to the US), but it is not necessary for your PoE itself. (That is my understanding of it, I'm sure others will correct me if I am leading you astray.)

Hope this helps you with your journey. :)
