Hello,

My fiancee has been waiting over a month for her NBI. Each time she calls they say they dont know when it will be ready. Anyone have an idea it takes for an NBI? She applied in Tarlac City.

If she had a receipt from them, it should show estimated time when she will get it. There's seem to be a computer glitch (this is what the NBI stated to my fiancee for the delay) because my fiancee renewed her NBI clearance in July and things are getting delayed and won't receive her NBI clearance till first week of October.
