Hi,

I already asked this in Philippine forum, but I wanted to check if there are other opinions too..

Should we send Police clearance in my maiden name or married name? We have been using maiden name in the forms, however the way police clearance is prepared here in the Philippines, if you want to have your police clearance in your maiden name, it will say "single".. so I got two copies, one in my maiden name which says "single" as my status and another copy for my married name with "married" as status.. Which copy should I send to NVC? or is it ok to send both?

Thanks in advance..

Yes you need 2 send it in both names. There is a way to have both maiden and married name on the same one. It will look like this when your name shows (first name) (middle name) de (married last name)

That is what we sent to the NVC and we got approved as you can see.

Yeah that one will work. We got both also, but after talking to people on here I found out what it was supposed to say.
