We made a mistake

Hello everybody,

My fiance filed for our K1 petition in January. I, as a Spanish citizen, have two last names, as almost most of latinos. The problem is that he filed my first last name as my middle name, and my second last name as my actual last name.

Here is the problem. He attached a letter stating this situation but I don't think they pay too much attention to it. I've just got the package 3 from the Embassy and I don't know if I should keep on writing the same way he did in all forms we've already got to fill up.

Would this be a problem? Is there any way to fix it? Could this cost a delay in my process?

They write my full name in every document I have. Even the Embassy call me Mrs. E (my first last name). I've just got the feeling they might make a mistake.

I would write your full name properly on your packet 3 forms, it shouldn't be a problem. I don't think they are that strict.
