Its been 7 to 8 months now since i file for i-360 based on vawa .I have not had a touch on my i-360 since I sent the RFE for letter of good conduct,that was in febuary this year 2011.I also filed for i-485 and i-765.I was approved for work permit but had to send it back because USCIS made a typo error on my card.Its been 5 weeks and havent heard anything about my EAD.Yesterday recieved a text that my i-485 was being transfered to national benefits center,has anyone had a touch on their i-485 before vawa approval? why did vermont service center send my i-485 to national benefits center.Anyone who has had this happen to them i need your help thank you.
