Hello,

I'm new here, I should have found this website month ago it would have been helpful :-)

Anyway, our petition just gor approved. On the approval it is written that I should contact the consulate for the next step of the process, but everywhere I look online (USCIS, this webstire) it is said that I have to wait for the consulate (Paris) to send me the packages.

It is worth it to give them a call?

Thank you for your help

I would always recommend calling and chasing and calling and chasing, both for peace of mind and so you are kept very much in the loop of what is going on . .

Guess it depends how 'in the loop' you want to be!

(we call daily for status updates!)
