My fiance's K-1 was denied near the end of March this year due to a residency requirement (following up with this with consulate, seems to be an improper interpretation). In any case, it appears that she will likely be granted a K-1 at the end of the alleged two-year residency requirement (China)next March. My question is whether or not I will have to go through the I-129F process again (it will have been about 16 months since NOA2 in December of 2010). Obviously I will be trying to contact the California center by phone to address this, but my previous experience has been that it can be quite difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. Thought I would try here as well.

Any input could be helpful.

Thanks much,

Thomas
