Received NVC receipt # today, now what?

I received my NOA2 July 18th, and today telephoned the NVC. They received my packet 2 days ago. My question is, now what? Can I schedule medical yet or do I need to wait for the Manila Embassy to receive my package. Not sure how soon I can schedule medical/interview?

Don't wait for the USEM to receive your packet. If it was received 2 days ago by the NVC, chances are they shipped it already. It takes about

5 business days for DHL to deliver the package to USEM.

Don't wait for the packet 3 either. You will be wating for awhile for it.

Pay the visa fee 1st @ BPI. They will give you a receipt for it. Wait a day then schedule the interview appointment online. You will need passport

info, manila case#, and BPI receipt # to do this.

Once you're interview is set, register @ SLEC for your medical. Make sure you register online as it will save you about an hour because if you

don't register online and they will make you fill up the registration. No need for an appointment @ SLEC as it is on a wlakin basis.

Ok, so I have researched this and have a couple more questions. First, can I, the petitioner, pay the Visa fee from here in the U.S. to BPI online? The fee is $350? I need the NVC receipt number and my fiance(e)s passport number?
