Hello everyone, I received NOA on July 16 (approximately) that was dated for July 13 (receipt date). Until now I still did not receive the letter for biometrics yet. I called uscis and they said that I have to wait 30 days after I received my NOA (not the receipt date). I worry that I would miss the appointment date. I see most of people here got the letter about 2 weeks after receiving NOA. What do you think I can do? just wait? I am worried now. Also when can I call them again? 30 days after July 13 or 30 days after July 16? Thank you for your time and good luck to everyone.

it depends on your ASC if it is croweded, they can't schedule your biometrics appointment and take a chill pill it has not been 30 days yet.
