To those who have received the "new" NBI clearance, what remarks are indicated? Is it still "No record on file", "No derogatory record". etc?

Mine says 'No record on file'. I got it last Thursday! My interview will be on August 2 too. :)

Thanks for the quick reply. Good luck to both of us on our interview. :star:

Hope I won't have to reschedule again just because of the NBI Clearance delay in releasing. :hehe:

Yes, mine says "No record on file". Still green for international purposes.

The differences are: the thumb mark is now digitally printed on the form and there is a 3D barcode next to it. The purpose is also more specific now than "Travel Abroad". Mine now says, "Travel to USA".

I currently having problems with NBI now. There new systems really causes big problem. I process my NBI last July 21,2011 in Butuan City and they said i will get it on August 15,2011 but until now nothing yet. They said all the paper works are being process in Manila so they told us to wait in two months and my interview is on Sept.6,2011 at 6am. We are doing any other way just to have the NBI as fast as we can so I go to Cebu today and the line was very long just to get the schedule date. As i was getting it, the date was on Sept.5,2011 not to mention that u have to process all of the requirements and u need to fill up things. So for now, my fiance told me to get it in Manila since all of the processing stuffs are being submitted there. This NBI really slow specially when u are from province. There priority is on big cities. I would like to ask how long does it take to get the NBI in Manila? WE are hoping to get it without changing the date of my interview. please reply

NBI Taft issues clearance the same day as long as you don't have a hit. If there's a hit you will have to wait for 10 days before they release it. But there's a trick to have it released the same day just in case. Bring your interview schedule and show it to the person in charge. They will release your NBI clearance in no time :)
