Ethiopian in UAE for single entry work visa but no evidence for interview

1...After beginning of marriage 4 weeks ago, my Ethiopian wife returned to UAE with a new work visa for 3 years for single entry only. She has worked in UAE past 8 years to help her family (mother, father, brothers, sisters) in Ethiopia, and plans to work in UAE until interview. But if she leaves UAE to get Ethiopian papers (birth certificate, police report, marriage evidence), then her visa will become cancelled. Any advice?

2...Ethiopia uses a different address system than USA (Ethiopian addresses use "kifle ketema" and "kebele"). Any ideas for how to write Ethiopian address on I-130?

2. Use a reliable PO Box address that is regularly checked. No need for the kebele address. Write it like this:

PO Box XXXXX

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (replace appropriate city if different)
