Filing Forms AR-11 and I-865

Hello fellow VJers!

My permanent resident husband and I (the U.S. citizen), have been scouting a new city and, after one month of being tourists, have decided to stay here permanently.

Since we have just decided to settle down here permanently:

1. Does my husband need to file Form AR-11 Alien's Change of Address Card?

2. Do I need to file Form I-865 Sponsor's Notice of Change of Address?

3. Even though our current address is a hotel, where we foresee we will be staying in for up to 6 months, should we still put that down as our current address?

4. Should we put down the "effective date" of the change of address in Form I-865 as the day we made the decision to stay here? I ask because, before that day, we were simply tourists.

5. Once we leave the hotel and move into our house/apartment, do we need to file both Form AR-11 and I-865 again?

Your feedback is most appreciated! Thanks in advance!!
