Hi all

I'm getting close to the end of my NVC stint for both my CR-1 and CR-2 cases. I've got one issue left.

I received an RFE on July 7 for my stepdaughters I-864, with NVC claiming that they haven't received it. I sent this June 25 and received an email acknowledgement on June 28. My wife's CR-1 was acknowledged saying that they had all necessary documents on July 6. My wife's I-864 was sent in June 21, and they bounced the one for my stepdaughter at that time because they screwed up enrolling her in EP (actually they enrolled my wife again on the wrong case number).

My question is: Is this just a false RFE I've read about, the I-864 for my stepdaughter is just in some queue somewhere and I should just wait; or should I resend the I-864 package?

You can probably see from my .sig that this will be for Montreal.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Alex.

If they have not reviewed within 15 bus. days resend it again, documents that are emailed don't get lost but they may missed some of then...
