what to do after approval of I-130

Hi everybody,

My mother's I-130 was approved today (3 month) :dance: . She will go through the process in her country. But I am confused with the DS-230 package. If she chooses me as an agent, should I send DS-230 package with all the documents or should she send it in her country to the local consulate office.

And another question: Is it safe to send an email with choice of agent or it is better for my mom to send it from her country (it takes about 3 -4 weeks though)?
