Hello Everyone,

I am completing the I-130 Petition and have a few questions about the supporting documents that I have to attach along with the form:

1 - Do I need to have copies of our passports and my resident card notarized to certify the documents are valid?

2 - Which documents need to be stamp by the Minister of Foreign Affairs?

Example: The marriage certificate or the certified translation or both?

Can someone please help me? I have sent emails to the Consulate and no one has responded and when I call it goes to voice mail.

I want to thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
