is 3rd paty check for EAD fee ok???

hi, i just move to chicago with my wife.

she got L1 visa, and i got L2.and i am planning applying for EAD.

much tks for answering for questions as below.

1)may i use my wife's account io issue a check for the fee?

need it to be a certified check or not?

2）to who the check shall go to? "US DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY"

or "US CITZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES"???

3)my eligibility Category 8 CFR is a18, so the mail shall be delivered to below add.,right?

4)by the way, shall i present one copy of my wife's data for supplement???
