Hi everyone! I know I have posted on this before, but I have some more information now... Any advice?

I am currently making enough salary to reach it, but come August, I will only have 14,820.00 yearly income.

In addition, I have $7500 in savings, and I also receive retirement (from inheritance) of about $4,345 per year.

If I count the IRA and my income, I will have $778 over the limit. However, does the IRA count as income?

I also have over $200,000 in property. I will have the house appraised next month, but not sure when it will be sold... I have papers showing the house is co-owned by me and my siblings...

Should I wait to file at NVC seeing that I may not make it through until I have more substantial income? I hope to have a job contract by next May (almost a year from now). I should hit NOA 2 by August latest.

9-06-2011: Case COMPLETE! (per operator)

10-31-2011: interview! approved
