Hello, I'm just starting my process to getting my wife her green card. I'm filling the I-130, and I have a few options. The most common one is to just mail it to a USCIS office in the USA, and have her go to the Ciudad Juarez (Mexico) consulate for her interview. The other option I have is to submit the I-130 at the USCIS office at the Ciudad Juarez (Mexico) and do the DCF (Direct Consular Filing). This is supposed to be much faster, but it requires US citizens living in Mexico (which I am) to have a FM2 or FM3 immigration form from Mexico, which I don't have because I am also a Mexican citizen. This DCF option is supposed to be much faster, but I don't have that FM2 or FM3 form. The last option is to fill question C-22 on the I-130 with the nearest local USCIS office in the United States. The Tucson, AZ is only a 4 hour drive from where I live in Mexico, and it's much closer and safer than Juarez. But the question reads "Complete the following if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status". I don't want to do the adjustment of status because it is much more expensive. She can go into the US with her border crossing card (visitor's visa). We visit our relatives in Arizona once a month and have used it with no problems before, but I'm afraid that if I submit it like this, the next time we cross into the US, they'll think she's going in to stay there and will take her visa away. Then when I get my interview, she won't have a visitors visa to use to go to her interview.

Any help would greatly be appreciated
