My husband had his I-485 approved through the CSC in December 2005. They made an error in only granting him conditional LPR status. We had been married for more than 2 years before his I-485 was approved so he should have been granted the normal 10 year card. Anyway, we submitted an I-90 for the correction and have received an NOA saying that all fees have been waived, which would suggest that an error was indeed made. I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this and if so, how long did it take before the correct card was sent? I know CA is one of the faster processing sites, and according to the USCIS website, they are on cases from 12/22/05. Our NOA has a notice date of 1/3/06. My husband has not been home for over 2 years now and we both had planned on visiting this March, which will be highly unlikely. I did not expect such a long wait (after having waited for so long already!) especially since they made the mistake!
