I-693 Question Please Help

Hello All. I know this has been discussed before. I searched, but didn't find the exact answer I needed. My wife is here in the USA from Ukraine and we are submitting the paperwork for the AOS. She had her sealed medical records and submitted them at the airport when she arrived. We also have the DS-3025 and it is not marked incomplete. Do we need to worry about this I-693 document or not? Thanks
