Hello,

I am not sure this is the right place to post, I am trying to help a friend.

This is their situation: he is French, working in the USA with an H1B visa expiring in 1 year and a half. She is US citizen and they are getting married in France in August this year. They live in the USA.

What is the procedure to follow?

Thanks
