not really i filed in Nov and i have heard nothing..

I went to USCIS site and found 52 petitions from Nov 22- Nov 29 that have not been done.. I have no idea how many more there are in this time frame..

Obvious this must have been a bad time period or whoever assigned to working on these is slow as hell..

Then I see non expedited petitions being done in 100 days..

There is no logic... My case worker for senator office said every case is unique lol I laughed because we all filing for spouse and must submit the same documents.

Only difference is the country...

The system is so flawed..

A driver from work has a cousin who did his I-130 in February for his spouse from Ethiopia.. I helped him put together the documents.. He alread got his NOA2 Monday..

I assume they must think my wife is a communist lol

I think senator and congressman have no influence whatsoever. They said the can't circumvent a Governement office.
