Hi Everyone, I am hoping some of you can help us out!

we got approved on APRIL 15th 2011 for a k1 visa petition, now our case is in NVC and we are waiting for them to send the package to Ciudad Juarez, my Fiancee is from Mexico, and had a tourist visa, her visa expired in 2009, while her visa was active she attened high school in California, we are fillinig out the DS 260 form for fiancee, will NVC OR Immigration find out she attened high school in the states? and if they do? Will this cause us a denial of her Finacee visa?? AND if that is the case do we need a waiver? and how long does that take?? Thank you for your help :)
