I130 -I485: NO response yet. Nervous

I had filed for my wife for I-130 and I-485 concurrently exactly 1 month ago. The package and fees were complete and I followed all the instructions. However, I still haven't received any NOA from USCIS yet or see my checks being cleared.

When I call, they ask me to wait or tell me there is a backlog.

Any experiences ?

What are my options ?

I am in the same situation for my K1 VISA, I called yesterday to the USCIS customer support phone and they told me that they can't give me any information since I haven't hit the 30 days mark, in your case I think that you should call them since it has been 30 days already.

It is very frustrating to see in the forums that other people sent their package after me and they already received an answer!!!!

Exactly, what is making me nervous.

Like I said, I had already called the USCIS helpline twice. Both had different replies. One asked me to wait couple of more weeks since they are experiencing a lot of backlog while the other asked me to mail lockboxsupport@dhs.gov. Lockbox replied it beyond their jurisdiction
