hola a todos esto es urgente un grito de auxilio resulta que me pidieron un documento hecho por un traductor donde diga que me comprometo a casarme dentro de los 90 dias nenas vivo en cartago valle ,donde puedo encontrar uno cerca que vale mas o menos y sera q despues de eso lo aprueban ayudenme uds son mi salvacion amiguitas suerte a todas en sus procesos

Entiendo que recibiste un RFE huh? Eso que te piden es la (Fiance(e) letter of intent). No se porque te la piden hecha por un traductor si la puedes mandar en Ingles de una vez (sin traduccion) pero supongo que debes enviarla como USCIS la esta pidiendo. Aqui en VJ hay un ejemplo de la carta solo debes llenarla con tus datos. Tambien tengo entendido que debe hacer y firmar cada uno su propia carta (tu fiance y tu). No se en cuanto a un traductor en donde tu vives porque no soy de Colombia.

(Day 125) 02/03/12: Oath Ceremony. Done!

End of our Journey:

Daughter and I became U.S. Citizens on 02/03/2012.

(Day 1) 02/09/12: Applied for U.S. Passport & Passport card.

(Day 16) 02/24/12: Passport received.

(Day 19) 02/27/12: Passport Card received.

(Day 24) 03/03/12: Got CoN back.

N-600 for Daughter

(Day 1) 02/04/12: Application sent.

(Day 117) 05/30/12: Picked up Certificate of Citizenship at USCIS local office Chicago.

Cuando estaba en el proceso, traducí la carta del ejemplo para que mi novia supo lo que firmaba. Si quieres puedes cambiarla y usarla.

Estimado señor o señora:

Yo, (nombre de novia), por la presente declaro que soy legalmente capaz, que estoy dispuesta a casarme con (nombre de novio), y que tengo la intención de hacerlo dentro de los 90 días de mi llegada a los EE.UU. utilizando la visa K-1.

Atentamente

9-19-08 - Engaged

7-13-10 - I-129F sent by USPS Expressmail to VSC;

10-18-10 - NOA2!!!!!!!!!! (Received in hand 10-22-10)

11-24-10 - Called the Department of State; interview has been scheduled

11-29-10 - Package 3 received by beneficiary

01-19-11 - Interview - VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!

01-27-11 - Passport received; visa in hand

02-08-11 - POE - Fort Lauderdale, Fla MISSED FLIGHT; 02-10-11 - POE second time's the charm. Easy POE. Welcome to the USA.

03-04-11 - Married

AOS

05-08-11 - Mailed out I-485, I-765 & I-131;

05-16-11 - Text & email msgs with Receipt Number

05-17-11 - Applied for Expedited AP as Victoria's mother was very ill; 05-18-11 - Picked up AP document

05-20-11 - Victoria returns to Colombia; NOA1 for all 3 forms arrive

06-03-11 - Text message "Case now updated"; RFE 06-07-11 - RFE arrives for 2010 Tax Return

06-08-11 - Text message "Case now updated"; Post Office returned a letter that was sent by USCIS; 06-09-11 - Issue resolved

06-14-11 - RFE response sent; 06-21-11 - Text message "Case now updated"; RFE response under review

06-29-11 - Text message "Case now updated"; Case transferred to CSC

08-30-11 - Victoria returns to US

08-31-11 - Biometrics done; Text message - "EAD Card Production ordered"

09-11 - Case transferred back from CSC

11-22-11 - Interview in Albany Field Office. AOS APPROVED.
