Thanks so much for all the advice guys. Will the CSC website tell me when the packet 3 is sent, or do I have to call DoS?

As far as I'm aware, you'll have to call DoS

Yeah you call DOS for pretty much everything at this point.

Right now I'm calling them to try and see if my Visa has been printed or not.

Gotcha - Yeah, definitely have to call DoS. Will do that first thing tomorrow as they're closed, though I can't imagine Montreal will have received the packet after 1 week. Just gonna haffta make it part of my daily routine!! I'm still holding out hope that it'll all work out. Otherwise, I hope I can reschedule my honeymoon!!

So far so good!!! I just got off the phone with DoS - They received and logged the petition yesterday and put packet 3 in the mail this morning!!! Now my fiancee just needs to get home from work so we can send the forms out!! I hope the rest of our dealings with MTL go this smoothly!

In terms of sending the Packet 3 back to MTL - can we use a courier or is snail mail the only way to go?

So I am just finishing up the Packet 3 with my fiancée, but there are two things that concern me on the checklist. The I-184 - I thought we just had to do the I-134, its not really a problem, but I'd like to know which I need. And, the proving domicile in the US. I feel like thats not something I want to be proving for a fiancée visa, though she does have a US drivers license...

Do I just not check these boxes?
