Perhaps other folks with fiances who live outside of Havana in Cuba can answer this question - how did your fiance get his/her packet? And how long did it take to get it? Did they have to travel to Havana to get it and if so, how did they know it was ready? It's been months and no word and the phone number I've been given to call is always busy. They have not replied to emails. Also, can you confirm the email address as: havanauscis@dhs.gov

Thanks!

Hello,

My fiance was from Holguin. She had to go to swiss embassy in Havana to pick up her packet. Go to this link http://havana.usint.gov/contact_us.html and click on the "following form".

Fill it out and ask them your question about receiving your packet. They should respond to you relatively quickly and from then you can begin to email them. See what they say in their response and if you need any other help. let me know.

I hope this helps.

They sent me an automatic reply that said that if my question was generic and answered in their FAQs on the website that I would not receive a response from them. And also that if it was a specific question that I would receive a response within five days. Today is five days and no response. I will be sending another email. I also continue to

call the phone number every morning on speed dial for an hour but it is always busy. This is very stressful, I know you know what I mean.
