The status of this service request is:

We have received your inquiry regarding the status of your case. Your case has been assigned to an officer and is currently pending review. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with an estimated timeframe for review. However, you will receive notification if additional information is required to process your case.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do from here on. I put in the request on April 5th. My NOA1 Sep 24

Anyone who has had the same experience.
