My fiancee have 2 kids and we are applying for the K-1 Visa. Will she have to fill out 3 DS-156k forms? How much is the cost of each form?

Hi,

I have K2 for my daughter. The kids DO NOT NEED to fill up the DS 156K (its for Fiancee only). The kids needs DS 156 with visa photo attached and 157, 2 copies each.

Hi, yeah im wondering the same thing, i have a 5 yr old son and in my letter have been asked to fill out 2x ds-156 and 2x ds 157 an cant figure out whos details in which forms! i wish they would make it a lil clearer!!

DS-156k for fiancee only (1 copy)

DS-156 for the kids and for the fiancee (2 copies each)

DS-157 for the kids and for the fiancee (copies each)

No cost for the forms. You will only have to pay for the visa fee which is $350 and the medical fee which is $213 and $185 for the kids if they are 14 below.
