How can I get an interview scheduled quickly after the consolate receives the information from the NVC?

Can I get the police reports before NVC sends the information?

What do I do if her address has changed since we started the process?

We can call every day to ask if the consolate has received the package, right? And when they have we can get the number and use it to mail the OF-169 checklist and DS-230 right away?
