It looks like you have CR1/IR1 visa....

Now, about you...Where she went for Interview, I mean Embassy.

You must have a document from Embassy 212g to submit more proof.

she went new delhi Embassy. after she got last paper on march 3,2011 . saying please bear with us while your case undergoes mandatory administrative processing .

after that paper nothing ........... means no response

on feb 14th us Embassy new delhi give us list of paper under section 221g

Notarized explanation from you and petitioner of how and when you first met and why you decided to get married.

list of all wedding guests, their relationship to you, their addresses and phone number.please dont include immedate relatives.

Itemized phone bill, emails and postcard between you and your spouse.

Photos of you and the petitioner before during and after your wedding.

Notarized statement signed by the applicants parents discussing their views of this marriage.

Notarized copy of your spouse passport including visa page.

voter i d card and voters list for the past 5 years for the beneficiary.

a sample of your wedding card from yte petitioner and beneficiary s side.

so my wife submit everything on feb.25th 2011 on march 3rd they send back passport by corrier with paper please while with us your case undregoes..................

now we are email them call no response . how long i have to wait, and why i am facing this problem i m us citizen . nvc aproved this case but now.............

But there may be some red flag in your petition....like...age difference between you and your wife....may their system might showing that you guys may be relatives.....has anyone of you married before....one personal question.....are you guys really got married...no offense but if any of your document has something wrong in it....they might put for AP.....there are many other things to know...before any VJ member can help you......my best wishes with you.....good luck

yes age difference is true, yes i am married before. butmy ex wife give me devorce . and this marrige means my marrige is true. 250 people attend this marrieg , my relation is true like god . means god is truth so my marrige is truth too.

Hi, I understand your pain but to give you best we need to know this.....one more question....when did give divorce to your previous spouse...and when did you get married again with your current spouse......

PAVI.... I got your info and also all the responses you have give to other posts.

Not to Worry.... NWD Embassy does that everytime, it is NORMAL (believe it or not)

IT IS NORMAL.

Now, the real thing starts... Embassy will do their work, let them do it.... Within couple of weeks, your wife will be contacted.

One more thing, don't feel sorry that you were married before... that is not your fault... Only important thing is that your current marriage is a bonafied one... Embassy will call the the wedding guest list you have provided, They are going to call where she is staying now.

If she is with her parents, they are going to call guest list, neighbors

If she is with your family (parents), Embassy is going to call your's parents neighbors.

NOT to worry... This is normal process for the Embassy.

Yaa I also think that there must be some red flags in the petition because AP at Delhi for female applicant is unheard of

I just want to mention it... AP for females are very common in DELHI Embassy.

I can tell you, people goes in AP even for first marriages... any thing...

One of my friend marriage was registered in Delhi, his wife got in AP why it was not registered in PUNJAB...

Due to high fraud cases from PB, HR, HP, UP.... most of the cases goes through tight look.

Currently, the females are more likely to run away from marriages when they reach LA LA LAND ( it is in stats not my personal opinion).

That is good sign... Embassy is working on the case.

If they want to verify the address, then 2 things -

1. They will send her request to submit passport (a letter will be mailed)

2. They will ask around in the neighborhood about the validity of the marriage or someone might visit the address.

today embassy persons visit ma wife area and collect information regarding marriage. ma wife mention her permanent address on forms but during the tym of marrige sher family shifted at their another home .......... embassy person also visit that area ....... mean anothrr address tooo.... that think can creat problem..........ma wife's voter id card is of that villege mean permanent address and vote list for next year mean upto 2012........... can permanent address or temperory address creat any problem plllllzzz god help me........... help me out lolzzz........ what i did now
